Fleet Information System (FIS)

iProtect GeoGuard relays messages from your asset as it moves from or through easy set guarded locations, you can even receive mobile SMS messages providing you the exact street location of your asset.

Leave your asset anywhere and activate GeoGuard via a simple coded SMS message. Once GeoGuard is activated your asset will notify you via SMS messages if it moves more than 50 meters outside the GeoGuard boundary. Ideal for the Boating and Earthmoving industry.

Fleet and vehicle tracking

Asset and fleet tracking enables the management of assets with options to remotely monitor them from the web interface. Features such as SMS or email alarms on the opening of cab and container doors, engine start/stop, speed alarms and breaching of pre-defined GEO fenced areas contribute to the safety of the fleet and staff.

Secure historical data log

All data is transmitted to iProtect’s Secure Data Centre located at the Brisbane Airport. The data is backed up and securely held for a minimum of twelve months ready for web access. It can be analysed on-line or exported to a local application like excel.

Improves operational efficiency

With custom routing all courses can be pre-plotted giving time schedules and ETAs. This is an advantage when it is important to have staff ready upon the arrival of the vehicle. It is possible for an SMS alert to be sent for advance notice about the vehicle’s arrival.

Night movement  alarms

Custom alarms can be easily modified to send alerts to pre-set email and SMS addresses to advise the asset has moved through certain compulsory Time Stops

Emergency services tracking

The FIS application becomes indispensable when the vehicle is under duress. It forms the perfect search and rescue aid because the vehicle is tracked and monitored globally. With high resolution, street level, global mapping, any asset can be located instantly, this can save precious time in any emergency situation.

Speed and system alarms

Custom alarms can be constructed to send alerts to pre-set email and SMS addresses to bring to the attention of the office or other personnel the occurrence of a particular event eg, excess speed, low fuel and perimeter breached.

Camera ( Optional – and can not be used on some devices)

Know who is in your asset. Send and SMS or click ‘Request Photo’ via Web and the iSeeu™ device will take a High Resolution photo and upload it to the website.

Silent duress alarms (Optional for some devices)

In the event of a problem, there is a fully functional radio pendent duress alarm that can be silently activated alerting all alert recipients about the vehicle’s specific location. This alarm can be worn around the driver’s neck so even if caught changing a tire he can send his distress signal.
